Ingredients 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni 1 package Matanuska Veggie Dip Mix (unprepared) 1 - 10 ¾ oz can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 cup diced celery ½ cup mayonnaise 1.2 cup crushed potato chips 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 4 cups cooked, chopped chicken ¼ tsp Alaska Pepper Steak Seasoning

Directions Grease a 2-quart, rectangular or square baking dish; set aside. Combine soup, celery, mayonnaise, and Matanuska Veggie Dip Mix . Gently fold in chicken, eggs, and macaroni. Spread into the 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle the top with crushed potato chips. Bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
