4 chicken breast halves (boneless/skinless)
½ package (unprepared)
1 cup butter or margarine (softened)
4 cups of cookes pasta (spaghetti, fettucini, or your choice)
Combine the ½ package Arctic Pesto Dip Mix to the softened butter. Mix well. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Use half of the butter/pesto mixture ( approximately ½ cup) and spread some on each breast half. (There will be mixture left.) Grill approximately 8-10 minutes on each side, basting occationally. Use the ramaining butter/pesto mixture and toss with the cooked pasta. Serve all with a delicious salad or cooked vegetables. Chicken may also be baked in an oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until done, basting frequently.
