Ingredients 2 Tablespoons butter or oleo (melted) 2 cups of baking mix (i.e. Bisquick® or Jiffy®) 2/3 cup of milk or water 2 Tablespoons sugar One packet Honey Apple Pecan Dip Mix (unprepared) 2 Tablespoons water, hot One egg

Directions Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 inch round or 8 inch square baking pan. In a medium size bowl mix together baking mix, milk or water, sugar and egg. Pour into baking pan. In a small bowl with a fork mix together packet of Honey Apple Pecan Dip Mix , water and butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over coffee cake batter in pan. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cover with foil for first 10 minutes of baking - so apple pieces do not get too brown, remove foil for remainder of baking time.
