Ingredients Dehydrated Onions Spices Dehydrated dill Lemon Powder Bell peppers Dehydrated Garlic Sesame seeds

Directions Blend 1 packet Alaskan Dill Fish Seasoning with 1 cup mayonnaise (we prefer real mayonnaise), 1 cup sour cream, ½ medium onion (course chopped) and ¼ cup milk. Place 3-4 lbs of any Alaskan fish (we prefer halibut) in a greased pan. Spread the mix over the fish, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done, checking regularly. Do not over cook.
