Ingredients 1 can evaporated milk 5 slices of bacon, diced ½ c. onion, chopped 2 c. diced potatoes 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 2 ½ c. water 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 ( 15 ½ oz ) can salmon ½ tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. Alaska Pepper Steak Seasoning ½ tsp. Celery seed - ground ½ tsp. Dill weed ½ c. chopped green pepper, optional 1 ( 8 ½ oz. ) can cream corn 1 T. minced parsley, optional

Directions Dice potatoes and cook in water and bouillon until done. Fry bacon. Flake salmon reserving some of the liquid. Add all ingredients to potatoes and simmer for 15 more minutes.
