Ingredients 2 c. sour cream 6 chicken breasts - boneless & skinless 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 rolls of Ritz Crackers 1 ½ sticks butter ¼ c. poppy seeds 1 Cup dry white wine
Directions Roll crackers into crumbs. Layer chicken, soup, sour cream, crackers, melted butter, and wine in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Refrigerate overnight, bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
