Ingredients 2 T. flour 2 T. Curry powder 1 whole garlic bulb 1 T. salt 1 whole chicken fryer, cut-up 2 fresh tomatoes, cut into pieces ¼ c. oil

Directions Mince garlic cloves. Saute' in the oil approx 1 minute ( Dont Brown or Burn!) on medium heat. Stir in curry, flour, and salt. Cool, then roll the chicken pieces in the mixture, coating well. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan; arrange the tomatoes on top. Cover with foil and bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hr, removing foil for the last 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
