Directions Place 2-3 pounds of Halibut fillets in a greased dish. Top with thinly sliced onion. Combine ½ cup sour cream and ½ cup mayonnaise with the entire contents of Halibut Florentine Mix . Spread on top of Halibut. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, depending on thickness, until Halibut flakes. Do not overcook.
