Ingredients Onion salt to taste 2 lbs Salmon 1 cup flour Garlic salt to taste Alaska Pepper Steak Seasoning to taste Cayenne pepper to taste Paprika to taste 2 eggs ¾ cup cornmeal

Directions Cut Salmon into sticks ½” thick. Combine flour, cornmeal, and spices to taste. Beat eggs in a separate dish. Dip Salmon Sticks in egg and drain briefly. Roll sticks in flour mixture. Fry in deep fryer 90 seconds - 2 minutes @ 350 degrees or until golden brown. Serve with Alaska Spice Co. 's Tarragon Mustard Dip & Dressing Mix .
