2 T. Alaskan Pepper Steak Seasoning
½ - 1 C. Soy Sauce
¾ - 1 C. Brown Sugar
1 T. Liquid Smoke ( hickory flavoring )
3 - 5 lb. Salmon Fillet ( skin on )
Preheat oven to 400 deg F. Place fish in 11 x 7” glass pan skin side down. Pour over fish evenly enough soy sauce to fully cover the bottom of the pan. Lightly dap liquid smoke in spots over fish. Use care to to use too much flavoring. Sprinkle evenly with pepper. Cover entire fillet evenly with brown sugar. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet. Remove promptly and serve immediately. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
