Ingredients 2 small cans tomato paste 2 c. chopped onion 1 c. flour 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped bell peppers 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 large can tomatoes 3 tsp. Salt ¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper ½ tsp. Alaska Pepper Steak Seasoning 3 lbs. Raw shrimp, deveined 2 Tbsp. Chopped scallion tops 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley 1 c. salad oil 6 c. water

Directions Heat oil; stir in flour. Add onions, celery, peppers, and garlic. Cook until soft. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, mix well. Cook about 5 minutes. Add water cayenne and Alaska pepper. Simmer 1 hour. Add shrimp; cook 15 minutes. Add parsley and scallions 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 10 servings.
