Ingredients milk 2 lbs potatoes 1 egg, beaten 1 ½ tsp. Chives 3 Tbsp. Flour pinch salt Alaska Pepper Steak Seasoning 1 ½ tsp. Parsley 4 Tbsp. Butter

Directions Cut potatoes, boil till done. Drain and mash well. Add egg, butter, and herbs. Add a few drops of milk if mixture is too stiff. Shape into 1 inch thick rounds, then slice into 8 wedge pieces. Dip in seasoned flour. Fry on greased griddle, medium - low heat till crusty and golden brown, 4 -5 minutes per side depending on your stove. Serve hot topped with a pate' of butter.
