Ingredients 4 Tbsp. Onion, chopped fine ½ c. red wine 4 c. cooked venison 4 c. diced cooked potatoes 4 Tbsp. Margarine ¼ tsp. Marjoram ¼ tsp. Seasoning salt 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley ½ c. evaporated milk

Directions Mix onions with spices and sauté' in margarine until tender. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. A good way to use leftover roast.
