Ingredients 3 Tbsp. Minced parsley ½ c. onion, chopped ¼ c. green pepper, chopped 1 tsp. Salt 1 c. water 2 lbs. Halibut ¼ tsp. Thyme 1 clove garlic 3 stalks celery. Sliced diagonally 1 ( 28 oz. ) can tomatoes 2 cubes chicken bouillon 1/8 tsp. Alaska Pepper Steak Seasoning ¼ tsp. Basil 2 Tbsp. Crisco 3 carrots. Cut Julienne

Directions Cut Halibut into 1” cubes. Sauté onion, garlic, green pepper, celery, and carrots in oil. Add tomatoes, water, bouillon cubes, and remainder of seasonings except for the parsley. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add halibut. Simmer for additional 10 minutes. sprinkle with parsley, and serve with your favorite bread. Serves 4.
