Ingredients 1 c. fine bread crumbs 2 lbs. Halibut 1 c. sour cream 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley ¼ tsp. Paprika 2 Tbsp. Onion soup mix

Directions Combine onion soup mix and sour cream. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, and paprika. Slice 2 lbs of Halibut ¾” thick. Dip each slice in onion soup mixture, then roll in bread crumb mixture. Pour ¼ - ½ C. melted butter or margarine over fish and bake in preheated 500 degree oven for 10 - 12 minutes. Serves 4.
