White rice

Directions
Cook your favorite white rice according to directions on package, using chicken broth rather than plain water as the cooking liquid, and adding one or two threads of saffron per serving to the rice at the beginning of the cooking time. Add a little salt and pepper if desired. Particularly good alongside poultry or seafood.
