Ingredients 2 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. garlic 1 ½ cup flower 1 Tbsp. Poultry Seasoning 3 pounds cut-up chicken pieces

Directions Mix all ingredients except chicken together in a plastic bag. Wet chicken using either water, milk or egg. Place one piece of chicken in the bag and shake until coated. Repeat until all chicken is seasoned. Bake at 400 until tender and browned, about 50 minutes. Use remaining flour mixture to make gravy.
