Directions Combine ingredients and marinate game overnight in the refrigerator. Drain and grill or roast, or use the marinade as a braising liquid after browning the meat. This marinade can be doubled or tripled to accommodate the amount of meat you are using, and is equally delicious with beef of lamb.
