Ingredients1 cup uncooked rice1 Tbsp. butter½ tsp. Gumbo File Powder3 cups chicken broth1 onion, minced
DirectionsIn a skillet, sauté onion in butter. Add broth, rice and Gumbo File. Bring to a simmer. Remove and place in a large, covered casserole. Bake at 350 for one hour or until all of the liquid has been absorbed.
