Ingredients 1 cup uncooked rice 1 Tbsp. butter ½ tsp. Gumbo File Powder 3 cups chicken broth 1 onion, minced

Directions In a skillet, sauté onion in butter. Add broth, rice and Gumbo File. Bring to a simmer. Remove and place in a large, covered casserole. Bake at 350 for one hour or until all of the liquid has been absorbed.
