Ingredients
Salt to taste
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup cooked spaghetti squash strands
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 10-oz package frozen chopped Swiss chard, thawed & drained
Freshly ground pepper
1 cup shredded jack cheese
2 tsp. Garam Masala

Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray. In a large bowl combine rice, squash, chard, salt, pepper, Garam Masala and cheese; toss until combined. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Pour broth evenly over the rice mixture. Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until hot and the cheese is melted.
