Ingredients 2 cups cubed, cooked chikcen or turkey 1 (10-¾ oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 cup milk or water 2 cups frozen combination broccoli, cauliflower, carrots 4 cups cubed herb seasoned stuffing 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese tomato or fresh herbs for garnish 1 packet Matanuska Veggie Dip Mix (unprepared)

Directions Preheat over to 350 degrees. In large saucepan mix soup, milk, vegetables, and packet of Matanuska Veggie Dip Mix over meduim-high heat. Heat to a boil and remove from heat. Add chicken and stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until hot. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted. If desired, garnish with tomato or fresh herbs. Serves 6!
