Ingredients 1 tblsp. Fresh minced garlic or 1 tsp.Garlic Flakes 2 cups sour cream 2 lbs. Ground beef 2 tblsp. Killer Whale Creole Dip Mix (unprepared) 3 tblsp. Killer Whale Creole Dip Mix for a spicier version 1 cup chopped fresh onion 2 tblsp. Vegetable oil or margarine ½ cup chopped green bell pepper 8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups salsa of your choice 18 small flour tortillas 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes

Directions Brown onion and green pepper in vegetable oil, add ground beef and garlic and cook meat thoroughly. Drain off any fat. Add 2 -3 tblsp. Killer Whale Creole Dip Mix and chopped tomatoes. Mix well. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Spoon small amount of meat mixture into a center of each tortilla, roll up and place in one layer in a greased 9x13x2” baking pan. Spoon salsa over tortillas, evenly spread sour cream and sprinkle shredded cheese over all. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
