Ingredients 2 cups diced, cooked chicken, turkey, or ham 8 oz. Uncooked wide egg noodles 2 cans (10 ¾ oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 cup milk or water 1 can (14-15 oz approx) peas and carrots, drained 1 packet Matanuska Veggie Dip Mix (unprepared)

Directions Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Combine cooked noodles, chicken, soup, milk or water, peas and carrots, one cup of cheese and packet of Matanuska Veggie Dip Mix . Mix well and spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes; or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serves 4 - 6. * If you love pease and carrots use 2 cans!
