Ingredients ¼ tsp Alaska Pepper Steak Seasoning 2 tblsp. Flour 1 - 2 lbs beef (round, chuck, or sirloin steak) ½ cup water 2 - 3 cups hot cooked rice (may substitute cooked noodles) one 14 ½ oz. Can stewed tomatoes, undrained 1 packet Matanuska Veggie Dip Mix (unprepared)

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse meat and place in a 13x9x2” baking pan. Sprinkle packet of Matanuska Veggie Dip Mix , 2 tblsp of flour, and ¼ tsp. Alaska Pepper Steak Seasoning over meat. Pour water over meat and seasonings, then top with stewed tomatoes, evenly distributed. Cover with foil and bake approx. 1 ½ hours, or until beef is tender. This dish can be prepared the night before and baked the following day. (Refrigerate until baking.)
