1 packet Hoppin Jalapeno Dip Mix (unprpared)
one stick (½ cup) butter (real butter) softened to room temp.
one 8 oz. Package cream cheese, softened to room temp.
2 cans (15-¼ oz) whole kernel corn, undrained
Bring corn to boil in saucepan; drain off all liquid. Mix into hot corn cream cheese and butter. Mix well the add packet of Hoppin Jalapeno Dip Mix . Serve warm in a small crockpot or chafing dish. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
