The planks include a packet of Kenai River Basting Mix. Designed to highlight the great taste of any grilled fish adding the great taste of Alder Smoke ( an Alaskan preferred wood for smoking fish ). Simply soak the board for 45 minutes minimum in water, place your filet (skin removed) skin side down on board, cover with basting mix, and grill for 20 - 30 minutes.
